  • It's a watts link, it is used in place of a track bar so the axle will stay centered throught the whole range of motion rather than pulling to one side, like with a track (panhard) bar.

  • I've got a watts on my Mustang and the bars are supposed to be parallel at ride height. When fully inflated the linkages look perpendicular to me which could become problematic...

  • does it matter if the bars are bent or straight

  • those angles on the watts links look scary one might say

  • @saturbo1107 You don't need a watts link on a Discovery, the wishbone (don't remember what it's technically called) takes care of positioning the axle laterally. You can consider longer springs, dislocation cones, swaybar quick disconnects, etc. You have a very advanced suspension to begin with, don't screw it up. Stock it can already droop 9" or so, and with the swaybar off you can potentially go beyond that. Also be sure with long shocks like you mentioned that they can't bottom out.

  • HMMMMMMMM... WISH I COULD SEE IT BETTER. LOOKS COOL MAN.

  • looks good i cant wait till mine is done!!!! acad is so confusing....

  • Hi there!! how can I up-grade this system on my discovery, I need to get more suspention travel, already got the longer shock.... hepl

  • how hard was the install im wondering cause im about to buy a air ride system for my truck and i dont know if i should get a panhard bar or watts???

  • ok youll probably tell me"go look it up" but what it is up with the 2 bars that are on that pivot point?
