California Striper Surf Fishing

Fish off from the Pacifica Pier at California pacific ocean coast. Was using a hellraiser lure that you have to jerk it. The fish measure at 28" and estimated at 9 lbs. Very clean fish out in the salty water, compare from the fresh water.

i think trying to get it up was a hellraiser.. do they catch huge ones out there? like 40+
