Others don't want to give up the superiority complex (too much psychological pleasure to blanket their insecurities). You're right - just by existing, you're screwing with people: I say "keep screwing them". BTW, it doesn't end after school either. I remember being asked to formally prove my background at a prior job with a transcript request, before I got the position: Keep in mind that my co-workers who happened to be white, didn't have to meet this requirement.

@thepowelljr The only successful blacks I can think of are Morgan Freeman, Fredrick Douglas, Lil Wayne (He went to college... I know, Surprising. and to think so many youth drop out.) MLK, etc. I can't think of an uneducated successful black male. Except for Lottery winners.

At my high school, they required all the students to apply to community college, which accepted anyone with a high school diploma, just so they'd have some where to go after high school, If they hadn't of done that.. I don't think many of the kids would be able to say there going to college. Of 160+ seniors. Only 70 graduated. And some of those kids had 1.4 GPA's.

lol to be honest you haven't ran into too many black american expats who can prove this wrong to you in so many different ways. our problem as a people as a whole is we access our worth by how others perceive us to be. This is low self-esteem, and your lack of self respect shows quite clearly. More so for me because I am an expat. I understand my culture, and I see it more clearly now that I have spent time in countries where no one really cares if you're black..

lol we defy the status quo, and many of us get tired of having to hear about how we live in the beast, and oppression etc etc. So we find our opportunities overseas. Many black americans are doing this now!! And many of us do come back to contribute.

Hey, I went to a predominately white college (98%) and never once did anyone think I was there because of "sports". The white people I interacted with guessed I was there because of affirmative action. And they were right!

listening to these vids...should i just blow my brains out since i am a black man? I have a job, I pay my taxes. No kids. Law abiding..acoording to Tyler Perry and all these vids against black men shouldn't we just kill ourselves and sidestep all this bullshit? No degree = nigger. Degree = nigger. have integrity = nigger. work full time? = nigger. Don't play sports? = nigger. own a house? = nigger. We just can't win can we?
