The bald one trains at a different muay thai gym and I guess he went there to spar with people from la puente. When I said it's cheap, I meant the monthly fee for using the facility.

The best instruction and the best facilities aren't always synonymous. This is a good video to prove that point. Looks like a fairly small, no-frills gym, but the quality of the students is very impressive.

It's inside a church. That place is cheap too. I stopped training but I'm going to get back. But it's going to be at a different gym. Anyways, la puente is good.

That's La Puente Muay Thai gym. I know the bald one, he trains out of Team Valdez Kickboxing in East Los Angeles. I used to train there.

Good sparring session. Lots of solid technique and some good set ups. Good control. I see too many "sparring" videos that are just 2 kids wildly flailing at each other. Where do you guys train at?
