watching this video for 4 minuts lowered my stress level measurably following an arrhythmia. . Time / heart rate: 4:10pm=92. 420pm=99. 434pm=92. 508pm=94. 630pm=87. Watched video. 657pm=77. 706pm=82. Counting 1 full minute fairly accurately with stopwatch. Thank you to whoever created edited and posted it and those who voted it up.
