INGREDIENTS :
Egg Yolk : 3 nos.
Lemon Juice : 75 ml.
Milk Maid : 400 ml. and Vanilla essence
FOR THE CRUST :
Butter : 100 gm.
Biscuit : 70 gm.
Castor sugar : 50 gm.
METHOD : Mix Egg-yolk and milk maid. Add Lemon juice and Vanilla essence. Line the tarts with the biscuit mix and pour the mix. Bake at 140 c for 30 min. Ready to serve after cooking.
