Sorry, i dont usually rise to leaving critic messages, but this is just bull shit - how can you claim a patent on body weight excersices/diet advice? what, did you invent a pressup? or the concept of eating less fatty food and excersicing more? what a load of bull shit...

  • No claim made here is untrue. My friend their are secrets! There are short cuts! Guess what I have proof! You have no idea how much efficiency can be added to a persons life when they learn about metabolic training, about precision heartrate training, about wholistic nutrition. Its not about a flippin self control or denile. Its about education. Before you bash someones life work and passion, learn the art of constructive critisism. Write a song about that on your guitar man.

  • Strength training (done properly) has a better effect on the basal metabolic rate. The term "metabolic conditioning" is a silly one. Waking up is an act of conditioning the metabolism as is masterbation and eating a big mac. I reckon people use the term because they don't know exactly which components of fitness their generic circuits are targeting. Poor educational standards for personal trainers are to blame on this topic.

  • get me in that gym for 1 hour and i will make up hundreds of new exercises with all that equipment...i already thought of some just watching that...resistance bands and bosu balls. x up band extensions while sitting. sit on or turn upside down and cross left foot to right arm, or left to left and extend. increase difficulty add 2 to x up or parellel. you could go arm to arm back flies or from right to left leg or both at same time...man i would go nuts! do the same on stomach...

  • Power Burpee = Burpee without the pushup but instead letting the hip drop way too low?

  • all your videos are great enjoying them and learning alot. i am a college basketball coach, workout phanatic, and a part time personal trainer and it is great to get some new material.

  • that looks more like a squat thrust than a burpee. (she doesn't go all the way down)
