@bloodnchocolate One thingh Darryl, Willie and Herschel are doing is still training, keeping heavy foods out of there system consistently and perhaps also abstaining from Sex more. As a Man ages while everything is important, diet, rest and exercise, thee most important thing is cutting back drastically on Sex, body doesn't recover like it did in great young years in your 20;s.

@collin355 Dear Sir Green was blessed enough to avoid using alchol at all as Hayes did toward the middle part of his career which started to tell on him his last 3 years in the NFL 1972 through 1974. You forget though that Hayes was always an excellent High School and College Player before spending more time in track in becoming the Worlds Fastest Human so to say Green much better, not sure about that, though Darryl is extraordinary.
