  • thanks man for the tips!, clear explenation on the timings.

  • This is the best Ehow video ever finally someone who knows what they are talking about

  • @usmc1262 well it will make it easier and help with transitions :)

  • @facetha miyakatuli-tulik ka

  • Why is he in a boxing gym?

  • Well, I like this video as a beginner and all the information was good advice. Thanks for the video!

  • @lolitalaser Nothing wrong with "looking the part," especially for someone that has put in the training. It can help the first-timer with a little extra confidence when he/she shows up at their first race and walks into transition. A nice bike, great shoes, expensive wetsuit, and cool tri shorts will not make up for a lack of training, but if the training has been done, the athlete's performance will be enhanced by "looking the part."

  • @oweneoin Unfortunately, Common Sense is the least common of the senses. I've seen many newbie triathletes at races who didn't have even the most basic idea of what they were doing. It's especially common in the Swim, but I've also seen it on the Bike and even the Run. And don't even get me started about Transition!

  • Thanks I just decided today I was going to go for it!!
