The Ozark Police Department is now setting up Nazi like checkpoints--pulling residents over with no probable cause. A court ruled last month that driving alone isn't probable cause to pull someone over for alleged drunk driving, and these checkpoints continue to build the police state grid that we are seeing across the United States, whether it be the TSA at the airport or small town cops harassing their citizens on their way home. The goals of all these checkpoints is to get you comply and used to answering questions without considering your Constitutional rights. Notice how dumbfounded the officers are when you stand up for your rights.

Also notice how many cops were standing around directing traffic into this checkpoint and off the road not looking for the real drunk drivers. You should see how busy the McDonald's parking lot was tonight, just a quarter mile before the checkpoint, with people rerouting their drive to avoid the checkpoint while these idiots harassed people who had not been drinking.

  • @TheSkitzophrenics you are right. Why does Ozark need so many cops for? Revenue perhaps? That usually wins out these days over the safety of people. The Ozark police have been an embarrassment in recent years as well, tazering a kid with a broken back while laughing at the press who ask questions about the Ozark Dodge murder.

  • @spencer087 Dude your not a attorney your probably just a damn paralegal aid who thinks he is the shit. Or like you said USED to be. Let me guess you were doing illegal shit and lost your practice lmao. smh.

  • @spencer087 Dude you dont know shit. So before you come at me side ways you better get you facts correct alright. And im fine if you dont believe cause i really dont give a fuck.

  • 1:09 cop is thinking "hahaha this idiot thinks he is so smart"

  • @ridetotheright1 you think more cops= more revenue? you gotta pay and equip them how does that bring in money?

  • Where society's need is great and no other effective means of meeting the need is available, and intrusion on people's privacy is minimal, checkpoints toward that end may briefly detain motorists. In Michigan v. Sitz 496 U.S. 444 (1990), the Supreme Court allowed discretionless sobriety checkpoints. In United States v. Martinez-Fuerte 428 U.S. 543 (1976), the Supreme Court allowed discretionless immigration checkpoints. GET EDUCATED BEFORE YOU GO MAKING DUMB ASS VIDEOS SHOWING HOW STUPID YOU ARE

  • just so everyone knows... REASONABLE SUSPICION is required to stop and detain someone and PROBABLE CAUSE is required to arrest and BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT is required for CONVICTION.

  • @fogbubbleproductions you are also wrong. Once again probable cause is not required to operate a checkpoint.

  • @wishuwas1 you do not have to have probable cause to operate a checkpoint. Im sorry your only 8th grade educated

  • @BitchIBroughtMyLand Dude your an idiot

  • @spencer087 I used to be an attorney. but i got sick of dealing with dumb asses like you all day
