We have a possibility over 50,000 shareholders and we were naked shorted to DEATH. We did the largest certificate pull in history. There was a real damage done to this company by Brokers, Hegde funds, Market makers, SEC, DTCC, Clearing firms, Transfer agents, company insiders, Former EX SEC Lawyers and the list goes on. These emails between bud burrell and cmkx shardeholders happened after.. the info about cmkx certificates came out as being shared not with cmkx shareholder but.. usxp shareholders.

So mark faulk shares info on cmkx certs with Bud burrell to give it to usxp shareholders. Nice.

While Cmkx shareholders are dying for info themselves, their stock info is shared only with others, like Bud Burrell that is not a shareholder nor are usxp shareholders.

I am also involved in a major documentary about financial fraud (tentatively scheduled to be completed in late 2008 or early 2009), of which the CMKX story will be a central part.
