User-Centered Ethnography @ Atkins Library (1/3)

UNC Charlotte's J. Murrey Atkins Library is conducting two user-centered exercises: (1) asking patrons, and especially students, how they work; and (2) gauging patrons responses as they navigate the Librarys current website. Redesigning the Library and the Department of Information Commons will allow students and faculty to work better and work faster.Narrated by Mike Olson, Barbara Tierney, and Dawn Hubbs.
