Der's so proud when he walks in with Mer. But you just know from his face @ 0.19 he's spotted the 'Dr and Mrs Derek Shepherd' . Poor Mer. But her rant in the car is wonderful, the looks between them are priceless. I hope GA remember us MerDer fans and give us a lot more scenes of them together
