主料:牛肉辅料:苹果、百合、姜调料:盐、味精、酱油、料酒、孜然烹制方法: 1、将苹果去皮,苹果皮切块放入牛肉中,加盐、料酒腌制5分钟; 2、锅中加少许油,将牛肉放入煎至表面变色出锅,锅中再加油,下孜然煸香,放入姜片、牛肉,加酱油调色,放入苹果块、鲜百合大火翻炒,加味精出锅即可。特点:鲜嫩营养,脆­甜可口。
