Don't try this at home pt. 2: Crossface chicken wing

Fight Club Finland presents a brand new series of video inserts named "Älä tee tätä kotona" (translated: Don't do this at home), aimed at both
educating our fine audience in regards to the legitimacy of pro wrestling holds, and also serving as a platform to warn of the dangers of carelessly copying such holds in an attempt to emulate the professionals.

It should be noted, as is part of the two-fold purpose of this series, that the maneuvers and holds practiced within the professional wrestling
business are used by highly-trained professionals. It takes years to become proficient in these techniques and moves, and they should be
treated with extreme caution and respect.

As has unfortunately happened at times in the past, kids emulating their favorite wrestling stars and their flashy moves have not only seriously injured other kids, but at times have seriously hurt themselves. Without proper muscle co-ordination, timing, physical fitness and above all technique, these showy holds and maneuvers can be crippling at worst.

That is why we at Fight Club Finland wish to educate our fine audience in both the dangers and legitimacy of the holds which the athletes in our
business use.
