Religion disguised as "spirituality" is NOT the only way or the most successful approach. A professionally trained counselor and Cognitive Behavior Therapy worked for me where the 12-step program didn't. AA is fine if you actually believe that faith healing works. It's the 21st century, people. If you go to AA, notice the number of 1 day chips they give out and compare that to the number of 1 year chips they give out. The dismal "success" rate of AA is obvious.

Im searching for help with my drinking and almost all these youtube videos on AA i hear someone say GOD,,,if i gotta believe in god for it to help me then im fucked cause there aint no god,,,,just like there aint no santa claus.
