The Billy Barker Hotel got a face-lift....
It's been years since I've been up there [playing w Gordie Walker band] .
Paddled the Bowron lakes in 7 days
and been to Barkerville about 5 times... gotta go through Quesnel to get there...
Great Video Eddie ..
brings back great memories...
except maybe the greasy spoon' by bus depot... hopefully it had a face-lift too!

Gordie Walker Band... That brings back lots of memories for me! in the 80's down on Granville Street, never saw you guys up here, Thanks for watching, the last time I went by the bus depot greasy spoon it was a fancy grad type clothing store, it has been a card shop & quite a few different restaurants, nothing seems to last there, must be the ghost of the old gold miners.... but that's another story!
