why are there two versions of this song?

Well, this is the single version. On the album (Who's Got The Last Laugh Now), it was two different tracks: Rock Bottom, and Apache, wich was an instrumental track. After the album, they had the idea to mix these two tracks together! :) They changed the refrain of Rock Bottom to the melody in Apache! :) The lyrics are from Rock Bottom! :)
