Try leaning forward only a few degrees for more glute activation, this will lead to faster times, less hamstring pain and less physio bills.
I paid somebody more than 300$... I didn't get scam, truly. But most of the training I learned. I can watch it now on youtube.
My coach was more convincing than thoses youtube guys. :D
