Drummer blamed again for the sound guys lack of knowledge and skill. The whole story is based around the sound guy's obsession with the drummers lack of hole in his bass drum front head. He's blaming all the sound problems of the whole band on this and also is trying to sell the drummer a microphone.

I run sound for a youth group for a church and reminds me of our drummer always plays so loud you cant even use the drum mics then have to mix everything around him. great vid

This is superb, absolutely superb. And I'm an engineer (mainly recording, though). I feel your pain, I really do. But not quite as much as I feel my own pain now that people like that engineer populate this stupid industry, and I know far too many of them as it is. I should have been a doctor.
