Erin Helyard, Music Director and Conductor, and Mark Gaal, Director for this year's production of Griselda - talk about the extraordinary music, the story, the setting and Pinchgut's take on it.

Griselda is based on the famous medieval story that encompasses love, honour, faithfulness, rejection, cruelty, endurance and forgiveness as well as kidnapping, babies spirited away at birth and true love! Truly the soap opera of its day. The music is spectacular and the story affecting.

The cast will include singers Catlin Hulcup, Miriam Allan, David Hansen, Tobias Cole, Russell Harcourt and Christopher Saunders. Erin Helyard will conduct the Orchestra of the Antipodes.
