Thank you for the tips, I just got in to fishing and I love it and is there a spot where you have better days fishing?

what type of bait do you sue there at the aqueduct?

awwww DAMN! i had the same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago at the duct in los banos. I was reeling a striper in to the embankment, big ass chunk of moss on my line made it really difficult. The striper squirmed and broked free with ease

what bait do you use there for catfish?

@sgallo23 I only use Chicken liver from Walmart. I always use scissors to pre cut each piece in half and put in back in it's container. Always buy fresh stuff too. Sounds crazy, but you get the best of both worlds. Stripers love them too. I had 3 separate trips were 5 of us will go and we each catch our limits. That's ten total stripers in one day. Also, use a 3 to 4 oz weight to get some depth. Just cast and wait....My son caught a 10 pounder last month on his 5' ugly stick.

@madwire3 I just got back from the duct today. Went to a spot I called #3, however I moved 3 miles down almost near the pumplines hill. Landed to stripers both about 22" inches. This video is on the other side of the pumps. I let you know when I go out again. Seems the fish aren't active until after 9am.

@madwire3 My buddy jack is new to the aqueduct. He still getting the experience on how to handle these fish on 12 lb test line. Also, the green stuff sucks, but I've learned the more green junk, the more active the fish are. Thanks for the comments.
