Your videos are very professionally done; clearly you practice this a lot. I do a lot of Origami some of which requires dozens or hundreds of pieces which take 20+ folds each. I find that this is one way for me to zone out and come up with something beautiful in the end. I do see our mind's neat tricks to shift attention to things we may not be consciously aware of.

in 1993 I broke the 4-minute mile to make the olymipc Trials. but for years I would run 4:11 no one trained as hard as I did I could bench 365 pounds I only weighed 165 pounds I in those days I was so strong fit but I was forgetting something how did I final do it.I still use this for life. If mind over matter is possible, certainly mind over muscle is as well and should be considered when putting together a well-rounded training program. raise the bar with the mind godbless love your videos

It's obvious that you practice what you preach. You're definitely on to something.
