  • YouTube is quickly becoming the home of the greatest obscure songs. This one is new to me and it's great on the first listen. THANK YOU!

I've found some holes that need to be filled with some missing songs. Gonna start with Jay & The Americans.

Thanks for getting me involved with another time comsuming project. At some point my wife will leave me. At that point I will have to make a choice. I suppose I can hire a maid.

  • Your welcome!

I posted "What's The Use", "Dawning" & "Hushabye" by Jay & Americans. I think YT may have removed Hushabye because now it's gone? I'll try reposting it again. I will also post Jimmy Clayton, I can hear the 4 Seasons in the background.

  • Here's a challenge and I hope this can be done before I die of old freakin' age. Somebody....Post a good copy of Dickey Lee "I Go Lonely".

  • GREAT choice! Give me a few minutes to find it, I have a perfect copy & will post it! Enjoy!

  • Done, enjoy!

  • The only thing I really miss about those good ol' days is THE MUSIC!!!

  • Not me, I also miss the cars, the styles, things made in the USA, good TV programs and most of all I miss the America we once knew not the one we are stuck with today.

  • Great tune by a great artist who was over looked for the most part, too bad. Thanks for the post.

  • There were fewer worries then, because we were much more content with much less material. Kids' Christmas presents totalled 50 bucks, now pre-teens complain if we don't regularly spend hundreds just on their "threads". - I still wouldn't want to go back to those days, because we still had lots of social injustice that made 60s America look like Germany in the 30s.

Today's world is still better, we just expect a whole lot more because our appreciation has dropped. Times are better, we're not.
