A short 9 minute video showing you quick, easy and cheap ways of making your own shotgun slugs right at home.
Remember: You reload at your own risk. Whether done in accordance with directions or not.
Also note that you will be working with lead. Melting and casting lead can cause birth defects, and other reproductive harm and cancer.
Reloading Data:
2 & 3/4in 12ga shotgun shell
21gr of Alliant Unique gunpowder
500gr lead slug
1200 - 1250 FPS

What's the name of that kit you used to take the primer out and crimp it?

Please dont have your gun loaded when checking for rifling. If youre that dumb, you do not need to own a gun. Hell, you shouldnt even be walking around out in public, without a helmet on.

To see if it has rifling Look down the barrel. Then pull trigger. If it felt like the bullet was spinning, its a rifled barrel. But seriously, insert a small flashlight in the breach and look down the barrel from the nose. Youll either see a spiral pattern(rifling) or just plain steel tube. Shoot safe and have fun

@justinlhtx he is using a softer lead so it will fill the grooves in your barrel with lead and it is a b@#ch to clean out. It will not damage your gun just takes more to clean.

@guerodemich Its a Lee Loader Set... you can find them on ebay and other places.
