@thecre8ter Are you talking about the transitions between applications? I have had this phone from launch and have never seen anything in the setting about it, and it can barley switch orientation without waiting a couple of seconds, I doubt its capable without an update.
I may be wrong but thats what I have found after having it torture me for a few years.

You can add these transitions yourself, though the phone does not do thhis by default, it is still capable of doing it, so it is legal to show this
