That is horrible, and unfortunately not uncommon. When it comes to BSL supporters that i've seen, if you own any "pit bull" kind of dog, they already hate you.

Wow, hope the driver was charged for not putting the dog in a carrier. The APBT had mange, very easily cured and common in the breed, especially the "big blue" trendy ones being bred for $. Hope she's friendly and can be rehomed.
