  • I agree with the points you've made, albiet sort of negative in nature. Our situation with our training and related job prospects are hopefully more positive than the picture you paint. We as a group have a marketing plan for employment already in place. Our group is all over the age of 30 and we all have Class 1 ACZ Commercial licences also. Our strategy will take us to wetsern Canada first, then eventually back home to work in a Billion dollar road project planned for our area.

  • The hard part is getting by the barrier of " You have no experience, so we cant hire you" But you cant get a job because you have no exp. But you cant get exp. cause you cant get a job. Get it?

    I've been Class A licensed for 23 years, with 5 years Backhoe and Excavator exp. and I could get a job in Heavy Equiptment. Or it may be the " You gotta be ( x years ) old because of Insurance regulations....or some other lame excuse. This after you've doled out $4000.00 for the course. Its a scam.
