Part one of a two part video walking tour of Fifth Avenue from 34th St. to 51st St. in New York City. You'll see such sights as The Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and Saint Patrick's Cathedral among others. Music by Slau.

Also features a trailer for A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints at the end of the video. This is a movie written and directed by Dito Montiel who tells the true story of his life growing up in Astoria, NYC.

  • This video brought back some lovely memories. We went to NYC in April 2007 - Loved it! Nice to see shots of normal everyday life in the Big Apple from a pedestrians point of view. Can't wait to go back. Great music too.

    Do you think that manhattan would be better off with traffic restrictions like those in central London, U.K.

    Here all cars trucks etc. pay =US$20.00 to enter the city for the day, 7.00am 'til 6.00pm, (electric cars enter free).

    My neighbourhood is much quieter; do you think such a system would work well in nyc?

  • Don't know about paying for entering the city but you have to pay to drive on the highways.
