infact, are the buttons fully programable? cos i would make the buttons on the left ctrl and shift and the ones on the right common hotkeys like c,v,z,enter etc.. i can really see its benefits if this is the case

@japala ah ok, I personally use a huge amount of hotkeys so have my left hand on the keypad alot. if thise buttons can be used to take hotkeys places i can see the benefit

odd your hand isnt really moving... is this useful for actually working? or just playing around?

Sure it is userful. In this video I'm just flying through some ready made scenes but when I use this in my everyday work, the other hand sits on top of a mouse on my right and I only use my left hand with the explorer to rotate the object I'm modeling.

Those keys on the sides can be programmed to any key combination that you normally input via keyboard. 3DConnexion offers plugins to several popular CAD etc. programs so all the usual functions work with the controller automatically. Spacepilot Pro offers even more keys and a screen.
