There's a video on here somewhere where that's followed up with a pop-flip. Leader lowers the girl's feet to the floor, she kicks down hard and he helps her through the back flip.....all in eight counts :)

Have you done the over-shoulder lift? If not you should look it up on here "over-shoulder lift" it is amazingly fun and amazing!

oh the guy brings his hand down and pulls her up and then he drops his other arm to let her feet go to the floor. Hopefully that helps.
