  • Hey, the bayonet lug ban was effective. There wasn't a single drive by bayoneting during the ban. :) LOL You just gotta laugh at the anti gun peoples logic, or lack of logic depending on how you look at it.

I have actually seen them use a similar argument. This person(a senator, dont recall who) actually said "after the ban less than 5% of crime was using an assault rifle." lol They failed to mention that before the ban less than 5% of crime used an "assault" rifle.

  • @shananagans5 About your last comment some guys have argued that they prefer the flash surpressor to hide their trace (that's an incidental addition to the supressors primary function, to avoid blinding the shooter) & it's been said that shooters with decades experiance get confused between break & supressor. As for THIS comment I'll let you know when I post my next vid which adresses the Senators theory.

  • @VinnyS914 Oh, no doubt it does reduce the flash especially with a longer barrel but they still put out a flash that can be seen if someone is looking in that general direction but less flash is better if you are trying to hide. If you are behind a few bushes or something else less flash is an advantage. A good suppressor can reduce the flash of some shots to virtually nothing but every 5 or 6 shots 1 or 2 will still flash a bit. I cant really see this being much of a factor in civilian crime.

  • @shananagans5 Criminals by it no matter how many laws you write, that's what Tom is trying to emphasize.

  • @VinnyS914 No doubt. It is the law abiding people that go without when something is banned.

  • I like how you explain very rare but theoretically possible situations. The anti gun people seem to like to point out excessively rare situations like they happen every day.
