@Ultraboy94fsr the only way to receive the Super license is by completing this GP (by finishing at least in the top 3) on 7 gears.
I've tried long time ago on automatic and 4 gears too, but nothing is awarded to you through these two modes.
As far as I know, it seems that the amount of driver points scored bears no relation with the Super license obtaining, but maybe I'm wrong.
