Incredible video. Highlights those of us that love aircraft but can still see their flaws. Every time this song comes on... "First video I ever saw of an F14 take off... and the first time I ever saw the pilots have to eject, in the same song". She was a hard lover... but a hard performer that wanted to stick around. RIP F14 you gorgeous bird you.

I started loving the F-14 when I saw The Final Countdwon. AWESOME movie and AWESOME airplane.

I am so disappointed that in 2006 the US politicians stripped the Navy and the Marines of their only long range fighter/interceptor.

Despite the realestate it occupied on deck and in the hanger compared to the F18, the sheild the tomcat provided was awesome. I hate to see what happens if the bear and dragon try to dance with the US now.
