Homemade Antibacterial Soap
Dr. Bronner's Castille Soap (I prefer peppermint)
Tea Tree Oil
Combine soap and 1/2 bottle of tea tree oil in container. Shake and use.
Cornmeal Scrub - for feet use coarse cornmeal, for hands use fine cornmeal
cornmeal, almond oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil
make a paste with the cornmeal and almond oil. add a couple drops of peppermint oil and tea tree oil. use in the shower after your feet have soaked for a while. scrub feet, paying special attention to heels. rinse and moisturize.
Peppermint Butter
jojoba oil, shea butter, tea tree oil, and peppermint oil
1/4c shea butter melted. add 2 tbs jojoba oil with couple drops of tea tree oil and peppermint oil.

You can get tea tree oil from a natural food store or a herbal store. If you can't find it there check my Natural Beauty Products video here on W4W for links to online stores.

Great idea on the soap. My feet dont dry out to much but my hands sure do! Its always a good thing to protect those feet and pamper them sometimes too!
