This is just plain not true. NDAA 2012 does not make "everything [you] just said" an act of terrorism. If you read the bill, it is plainly stated that you have to have well documented ties to specifically listed terrorist organizations before they are allowed to detain you without due process or consider you a terrorist. As for any outside of the ties? The same rules that have been applied since the 20's apply now. The bill has not made expressing radical opinions peacefully an act of terrorism.
