  • Forget Avatar and the special effects, when it comes down to raw acting like that, there is no questioning which is better..

  • "...I just don't want you to hate me..." this is honestly one of the saddest lines in any movie and i get teary eyed every time i watch this.

  • @Loyalty1269 i forgot ANGEL HEART.

  • @Loyalty1269 HE DESERVED AN OSCAR FOR BARFLY, THE WRESTLER, THE POPE OF GRINWICH VILLAGE,MAYBE THERE I WILL GIVE IT TO ERIC ROBERTS, A PRAYER FOR THE DYING AND MANY MORE.

  • That's the way it is in Real life everything goes away after the decades and the years that go by.....

  • Now I'm a old broken peace of meat and I'm alone. That line is sad Cuz no matter how good you once used to be. His era was like late 70's, 80's and 90's and now he is passing through the hard Test of Life.... In the past he was this Pro Wrestler and a legend. And a Heavy Metal Head as well. But now life is tough and ugly. This reminds me so much of Rocky 6 the newest movie when he got really old and he was a boxing legend in the 70's and 80's and then life gets too fuckin ROUGH for him....

  • he shoulda got the oscar just for this scene alone. damn you academy and ur fuckin bullshit

  • @timothyw98 eh, because she wanted to move on and forget him because he was a shit father.

  • This is what every daughter who grew up without a father wants to hear...but it's probably bullshit.

  • @timothyw98 Well he abandoned them. At that point, the ball is sort of in his court.

  • This scene, tears every time.

  • @Pleaver Rourke's character hit very close to home for him, yes, but the way in which it hit home is what made it all the more emotionally demanding of a role for him to act!
