Yeah, you know what you're talking about. Crawford ran a 19.79 back in 2004 and now he's slowed all the way down to 19.86. Jeez, what a scrub. Get a clue.

The gold was originally won by the US team but they were retrospectively disqualified in 2009 after Antonio Pettigrew admitted to drug use.

If only the current Jamaican 400m men runners were as determine as the jamaicans in this video. Great race. The 400m runners today are lazy. Only hope they will get better soon.
