If you want to add that little bit to your back development here is a great little exercise that you can add periodically to your back day. This is an advanced technique so only add it to your training if you have already got a developed back.

If you don't keep going on the basic pulling and rowing movements.

  • @worknman2k There weights don't go anywhere near the ground. They are stopped well off the ground - otherwise the cable would be massive!

    Comment of 2011 so far. Brad was in top shape when we shot those films - probably about 12% bf.

    Anyway that is what muscle looks like buddy. Probably best to stick to the swimming or whatever you do.
