10,000ft 2miles straight up...and the target is moving....you would need something to key in on the propeller sound frequency, a remote control rocket with camera, a lawn chair with helium ballons and big balls, or .... a long range remote control airpane with camera, your own drone tech.

That kind of power is probably like Heroin. just as Charlie Munger states on CNBC with becky quick...."Bankers are like Heroin addicts...they can not be trusted" and "hft is legalized front running, its evil" . I see the same in secret government, military, pharma, finance, tech. There should be focus on how the drones work (or how to disable them)...or if this is a democracy we should vote on it...
