Ipad 2 Issues

This is my brand new Ipad 2 that I have been waiting for 3 weeks to use. I paid a bunch of money for. I have not had it 24 hours when it started trying to shut itself down over and over again. It also flickers on and off on and off by itself!
I have to drive 3 hours to an apple store! I have restored it to factory settings 3 times!

When I received it in the mail 2 days ago I charged the battery to a 100 percent charge before using it.

To fix this, you have to place the device in a garbage can, next to all your other cr-Apple products :)

This is an easy problem to fix , the mute key must be stuck

I'm no Pro.. But, It look's like there is a Problem with the Magnets, Did you buy a Smart Cover? You might just have to take it to apple and Hopefully they give you a new One, Or something.
