Great song Dark but all the Exile is precious,like most of Numan albuns in the 90`s like Sacrifice.

I like the hypnotic rhythm the drum beat along with the tranquilizing effect Gary's voice has on my conscious thoughts although the song seeks to dig even deeper in the sub-conscious and contemplative musing I may have concerning my own fate. Such is Numan's Guinness ; that I would hesitate to put a label on it ; no matter how well meaning. I don't call it Emo, Goth or anything else in particular. It's just the Numan effect and you can make it whatever you need. That what good music does.
