Jiffy Lube in Portland Oregon do the same things. I used to work for them and people paid money all the time for nothing.
The owners make the employees scam the customers. The employees get nothing out of it.

Jiffylube wrecked my oil pan then lied about it and said they hadn't done the work...until I showed them a reciept. Then they said it was already like that...until I got a witness statement from my landlord that the truck NEVER leaked before. Then they actually looked me in the eye and told me the truck was not leaking oil...as it dripped on the ground right next to where we were standing. They are dirty rotten lying cowards.
