You should put some information in the details section about how you made it and what you used. Arduino or some other controller, etc? It's a good start but you need to tweak it so it actually balances. It looks like it's running away trying to stay level as though it's not going fast enough to recover or enough torque or something. Keep at it.

man its not balancing well at all...sorry buddy butu need to program it well...google it and use d needed modifications for a perfect balance..my frnds did so...
