❤ SUNGLASSES DISCLAIMER: Last time Dan wore sunglasses in a video he got some comments saying he shouldn't wear sunglasses because its not good for the health of the eyes & what not. Please remember that Dan is is an absolute health nut. He is well aware of the problem with sunglasses. As such, he strictly wears them only for a bad boy effect at strategic times in his life, typically for just 10 minutes at a time & only 1x per month. His eyes are going to be okay. It's not like how it is for cooked food, where if you eat even just a nibble of it you will die. Ooops, wrong channel! Just kidding about that last statement... teeheehee ;-)

for Raw Food Bad Boys & Girls
Celery-Carrot-Cilantro-Coconut ❤


* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 4 Carrots*
— 1 bunch of Cilantro
*unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic


* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

— 2) Run the rest of the ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com

— 3) Blend vegetable juice and coconut waters together, adding ice if desired, and enjoy!


* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— Here's a TIP: Don't go to the store hungry, or else you'll come home with half the store. ;)

— I've been getting a lot of questions about how long the 'transition' will take for moving from a state of unhealthiness into healthiness. Well, 9 yrs later & I'm still in the middle of the transition period! Don't think of this as you being on another temporary health kick; rather, look at it as you having made the choice to become & stay healthy...FOREVER! And there is no need to feel scared by that thought, as if it is going to be something too challenging to accomplish. For me at least, it definitely would be more challenging to deal with the consequences of becoming more & more obese across my lifetime, w/ various ailments popping up in my body as I age...gout, diabetes, heart disease, cancer... Trust me when I say that getting & staying healthy is going to be easier...even if it takes a lifetime!...for didn't you want to look & feel healthy for your entire lifetime? ;)

— There is nothing inherently wrong or bad about junk food, processed food & cooked animal foods, etc...humans are still able to "stay alive" eating those foods...but what I like to do is choose the foods that FEEL better for my body, have less negative consequences, & more positive benefits.

— Leading a healthy lifestyle is simply my own personal trip...it doesn't make me better than anyone else & I'd like each of you to not make the mistake of ever thinking that it does.

— Look at achieving & maintaining health as a LIFETIME venture. Nobody really 'loses' by eating better, save for a few pizza & ice cream parties. But if you are/were to be obese, you wouldn't be able to do SO many things...so who cares if you miss out on a pizza party! You're gaining a LIFETIME of health!

— Try walking the "Razor's Edge" with your eating...don't eat those last few bites of food which only end up making you feel too full...keep the LIGHTNESS within you.

— Be nice to yourself, for you're NOT the only one who uses food as a love mechanism, that's for sure! Want to know why? The food loves us back with no resistance. All food 'wants' to be eaten. So it's an easy (but dangerous) way to receive unconditional love. Unlike how it might be between us and our parents, preachers, teachers, doctors & lawyers. ;)

— Food loves you back as much as you love it, so instead of denying that fact the trick is to allow yourself to fall in love with the foods that leave behind the least residues & metabolic wastes! It's as simple as that! ;-)

  • Hi Dan, I have tried to start the drink juice method but my stomach has started to really bother me. I'm assuming it's from starting this new juicing. Does my stomach problem common when starting drink green juices? I don't want to give up on this too early. Thanks... Manny

  • Drink half as much as you have been and see if that helps! Do not give up! This is very common when first starting the juicing! It is a good sign that you need to continue...

  • I bought a juicer today and put celery, lettuce, and cucumber in it and I almost puked. :( Not sure what to do to make it better. But i love watching the vids.

  • Carrot, apples and lemons at first until the micro flora change in the GI tract...Do not give up just make it a little sweeter at first! That one you made is not a good combo to start out on! Try pears too! YUM...

  • I made vegatable juice today, after drinking it, i felt like throwing up....Is that normal?

  • Yes the micro flora in your GI tract must be cleansed for a while before you hit the heavy greens so remove as much cooked processed foods as you can and start by drinking carrot apple and parsley juice for a while and then slowly over the course of some months you will be able to drink more green juices! Sound reasonable? :)

  • You'll feel bogged down for a number of reason but the most probable is that your body is detoxing and/or your body is finally in tune with what kinds of food you're feeding it and it's starting to reject the bad stuff more noticeably.

    By the way, finding out about raw food and the truth about cooked food is like finding out we live in the Matrix...lol who else agrees with me?

  • Digging ur vid dude ! Just starting juicing 3weeks now typical carnivore diet and American mass processed . I usually start craving meat or pasta or cultural food late in da afternoon but from wake up to late afternoon all juice . It is a struggle making da lifestyle change. Ironic how we can see who we want to be in da future, but at the present moment we are living as the person from the past....one day, one breath, one juice at a time never ever give up ! Danks bra

  • I think one thing that's important to know about juicing is that plain vegetable juices take a WHILE to get used to...the taste, I mean. Most people use carrots, apples, pears, oranges, etc, to sweeten the vege juice and make it palatable. If you're just juicing greens or green veggies alone, that's going to taste bitter and gross...and maybe make you want to puke, yes. Throw in an apple, a pear, an orange, etc...to balance it out. :)

  • Right on man enjoy life and sharing what makes you happy might make someone else happy that's what life is about, questions answers then trying different things out until people find the one for them, for what ever makes them happy, if it's 10 big meals a day and your slow because your full all the time, then HEY if it makes you happy that all that counts but for people like me I want to be as fast and healthy as I can be..
