Thom Yorke's voice isn't bad, but he sounds the same on EVERYTHING. His voice is just dull to me. There seems to be no variation. Thom Yorke does not sound like Neil Young, I dunno where people get that from. Thom Yorke sings in a falsetto, Neil Young has a high tenor naturally and on this song he did actually use a falsetto, but on later versions he uses his regular high tenor. He just wasn't confident in his voice at that time he recorded this.

Well his voice is the right pitch for singing Neil Young (unfortunately not the case for most of us!)
