k so just a little bit info on this dish, the orange syrup she used is from making candied oranges.
to make those you need a simple syrup and just simmer orange slices lime slices w/e u want in it until they are tender and not bitter.
this is a nice way to use the simple syrup after

wow good cooking! i have a suggestion though, i think when cooking chicken you don't need to add those chicken cubes anymore, because chicken has already have its own good flavour & delecious taste. those cubes contains so much monosodium glutimate or(msg) w/c is bad for the health...
