Co-curators Colin Gunckel and Pilar Tompkins present an inspiring array of materials from a lost chapter in punk music history. This well-received exhibit was presented at the Claremont Museum of Art from May 18 to August 31, 2008. An extra special thanks to the Museum staff, who granted access to videographers Steve Cioffi and Parris Patton.
Hey, I have a project for my chicano studies class. Do you know if it's still open. I would like to go.

WOW! this brings me back...I went to school with TC..she was different with innovative ideas, never wanted to conform with the nuns' opinions, so she took the GED after leaving SH...Also, sorry to hear about Self-Help shutting down. I worked for CSO on First Street and had a week long "field trip" at Self-Help...
don't know of any black bands coming out of ela.

It's ironic that Self Help Graphics is getting shut down in the midst of this important exhibit.
