The Chilli Dude

This is the story of John & Lynne Boland, a young Californian couple who moved to Australia bringing with them knowledge of good Mexican food and a hand full of Jalapeño Chilli seeds. Eventually word spread of their tasty tacos and astonishingly good Chilli sauces until demand for their magic Salsas could no longer be ignored and the Byron Bay Chilli Company was born. . Not only had they managed to turn their culinary skills into a successful business, but along the way their journey led them to discover their own recipe for creating a richly wonderful Aussie lifestyle.
