The Tactical High-Energy Laser, or THEL, is a laser developed for military use, also known as the Nautilus laser system. The mobile version is the Mobile Tactical High-Energy Laser, or MTHEL.

It's enough to paint shells and rockets with special light-reflecting paint and the laser will do nothing to them.

Oh and BTW Ive BUILT an argon laser.
Lasers are actually LESS effective in atmosphere and MORE effective in space.
Reason: amosphere disperses the laser/light, space does NOT.
The ONLY reason that lasers dissapate in space, is for 1 easy reason - distance.
